Highland Leadership was founded in 2019 by Director and Lead Educator Tony Peterson, originally operating as Tony Peterson Consulting. Relaunched in 2025 with a renewed brand and vision, the organisation remains focused on developing leaders and transforming organisational culture from the inside out.

Tony is an Australia-based international consultant with over 20 years experience in leadership development, keynote speaking, and facilitation. He partners with senior leaders to drive culture transformation and results-driven leadership formation. Through coaching, keynotes, and workshops, Tony fosters personal growth, unlocks collaboration, and elevates innovation and communication across organisations.

Based on a property near Lake Samsonvale, Tony balances leadership consulting with family life alongside his wife Maddie and their four children. With more than three decades of community service, he is deeply committed to making a lasting impact through leadership and change.
